• Authorized use only for businesses/representatives.
• We may suspend access for violations of the User Agreement or any law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability. Access may be affected by maintenance or disruptions. We reserve the right to modify or suspend services at any time.

Myfitbe sells dietary supplements and wellness products for personal use only. Availability may vary, and purchases are at your own risk.

Deliveries are limited to India. Timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Orders returned due to user unavailability may be refunded minus shipping costs.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts for suspected misuse or violations.

Minor variations in product descriptions/images may occur. Listing is an invitation to offer; acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the Product.

Prohibited: Uploading harmful, obscene, or illegal content, attempting unauthorized access, or violating any Indian law.

We reserve the right to limit the number of units per order or account to ensure fair purchasing.

Prices are in INR, inclusive of GST. In case of pricing errors, orders may be cancelled and refunded before dispatch.

You agree to indemnify Myfitbe from losses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Financal data is processed directly by Razorpay. We do not store sensitive payment data.

You consent to receive electronic communications. All support is via support@myfitbe.com. We do not provide phone support.

Submissions (reviews, ideas) become the exclusive property of Myfitbe.

All content, logos, and names belong to Myfitbe. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

We may suspend your access for fraud or violations. Termination does not affect rights accrued prior to it.

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order paid.

Unauthorized access attempts or uploading harmful code may attract criminal action under Indian cyber laws.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Myfitbe.

We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, epidemics, lockdowns, or server failures.

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

Disputes must be pursued individually, not as part of a class action.

We may assign our rights without prior notice.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
