Returns & Refunds

We stand by our quality, but we understand things happen. Here is our straightforward guide to Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations.

GENERAL POLICY

Due to the nature of health & consumable products, we do not accept returns once a product is opened, used, or tampered with.

Eligible for Return

  • • Wrong product delivered
  • • Damaged, leaking, or defective
  • • Expired product delivered
  • • Order cancelled before dispatch

Ineligible for Return

  • • Opened or used products
  • • Change of mind / personal dislike
  • • Damage after delivery
  • • Bought from third-party retailers

CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Before Shipment (Prepaid & COD)

If the order is not shipped, cancellation is allowed via support@myfitbe.com. Prepaid refunds reach original source in 5–7 business days.

2.2 After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. You may refuse delivery. Refund (minus two-way shipping/handling) will be issued after parcel verification at our warehouse.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unopened & seal intact.
  • Original packaging must be preserved.
  • Photos/videos of the issue are mandatory.

REFUND TIMELINES

Prepaid Orders

5–7 Days

Refunded to original payment method via Razorpay.

COD Orders

3–5 Days

Processed via Bank Transfer or UPI ID only.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE

Send photos of outer box, inner product, and clear close-ups of damage along with an unboxing video to support@myfitbe.com. Verified claims get a Replace OR Refund.

WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED

Do NOT open the seal. Report within 48 hours. We will arrange a free pickup and deliver the correct item or issue a full refund.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

No returns for opened/used items, free gifts, or products purchased outside our official website.

RETURN PICKUP

Pickup is arranged after approval. Product must be in original packaging. We facilitate up to 3 pickup attempts before the request is closed.

MISSING REFUNDS

If not received within timelines, check your bank then contact us. Verification may take up to 72 hours.

SHIPPING COSTS

No deductions if Myfitbe is at fault. Two-way shipping and gateway charges are deducted if the order is refused or cancelled after shipment.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days if a parcel is lost in transit or non-delivery is confirmed by the courier.

FRAUD CONTROL

We reserve the right to reject returns, restrict COD for high-refusal accounts, and block suspicious users to prevent misuse of our policies.
